Welcome to Cellulean-Reviews.com

Thank you for visiting Cellulean Reviews!

If you’re here, you must be wondering the magic question — Does Cellulean Really Work?

Hopefully we’ll be able to help you answer that question for yourself. Before we even get started, we do not say whether Cellulean works or not, because we simply have not tried it! What we WILL do is point out several of the many reviews and opinions from real Cellulean customers who have used Cellulean in the past, and may still be using it as you read on!

Cellulean.com Tour

If you haven’t already, feel free to visit their site at https://www.cellulean.com/. Lets look at the site together! Their site certainly looks pleasant, clean-cut! There is even a Flash video that plays that shows a news story from ABC with a testimonial from a real Cellulean customer, Sherry Lantz, and from the President / CEO of Cellulean, Patrick Leddy.

Also on the site is a section named “Success Stories“. Sounds great! Lets check it out… another video from US NewsWatch. This appears to be another, somewhat longer, interview with Cellulean founder Patrick Leddy. This page is absolutely riddled with customer testimonials! It seems that not just a handful, but MANY Cellulean customers truly believe that Cellulean works and some say they continue using it.

Also on the Success Stories page, I see “IN THE MEDIA” with several magazine covers listed. I’m not sure what this is for, but I assume Cellulean was either mentioned in some of these magazines or advertises with them.

Okay, so far I do like what I see, though I am still curious about US NewsWatch. We haven’t heard of them before. Lets move on to About Cellulean. What? The same video again? Since we just watched this video, lets skip it. Well, this page doesn’t contain much information on what exactly Cellulean is. It does say how Cellulean came into existance, mentions clinical trials, and has more sales copy on the page. Nothing spectacular here.

In The News, this page has several videos you can watch, all from various news stations. Most look like local news stations, and it certainly isn’t uncommon for multiple news stations to get their stories from a common source. Moving on…

For Men Too they say… great! Scroll down a little ways, and you see the same US NewsWatch video we’ve run into twice now. OK, now it’s getting old.

The Questions page actually does a better job of explaining what Cellulean is and how to use it than their About Cellulean page does.

We’re going to skip the Order Now page and move onto the Contact Us page. A company that willingly and easily shows their contact information so they can be contacted in the event of an error or inquiry definitely lends credibility in our eyes. Thankfully, Cellulean does just that. They provide both a phone number and address where they can be reached. Unfortunately, you have to put up with the now annoying US NewsWatch video interview about Cellulean.

Well, that appears to conclude our tour of the Cellulean.com web-site. One thing that we kept running into was the news video about Cellulean from US NewsWatch. Since we have never heard of them before, we decided to investigate. A quick Google search showed us the USNewsWatch.com site–which contains absolutely NO content other than the Cellulean video again. Well, that’s obvious to us that Cellulean.com actually owns USNewsWatch.com and made the video in an attempt to establish credibility in the eyes of consumers. We certainly do NOT like being lied to (in a sense).

What Do Cellulean Customers Say?

Cellulean.com looks like a pretty promising site with a great product, minus the being deceived part (see above–US NewsWatch videos)… but we’re willing to overlook that. It’s surely a small offense and they’re only trying to use a different method of marketing.

Amazon.com actually has several Cellulean product listings, so lets take a look at a few:

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=cellulean&x=0&y=0

This is the search URL from Amazon that will show you the search results for keyword “cellulean” (minus quotes). Now things are starting to look not so promising, at first glance… the first result that comes up for us is: http://www.amazon.com/Cellulean-Cellulite-Reduction-NEW-floz/dp/B000J56B2W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1243978723&sr=8-1. Cellulean was given a 2-Star rating (out of 5 stars) by customers, with 10 customer reviews for this particular listing. Lets investigate.

It seems that only 3 of the customer reviews (of 10) actually have something positive to say about Cellulean. The remaining 7 customer reviews all gave Cellulean a rating of 1 star, and one customer even said that a -1 star rating would be given if it was an option! Wow! So what exactly is wrong with Cellulean according to these reviews?

Customers complained that the product’s smell was too strong, like menthol. Another customer said the product actually made her GAIN weight! We have a hard time believing this one though–take it for what it’s worth. Another customer complained of a rash. Another said customer service was terrible (this seems to be a common complaint from what we can see) and that they did not stand behind their 100% money-back guarantee. This, to us, takes away more credibility.

Ronda (Amazon review) wrote a review saying: “What a joke. The product does not live up to its commercials. I had no improvement. Sent product back to company, they would not refund my credit card and they were very rude. 30 days later they sent me another shipment, knowing that I had already cancelled. I sent shipment back to them and they will not give me a refund. So, I have a charge on my credit card and no product. I will never buy again and have told everyone that I know to stay away from this company and it’s product. ***BUYER BEWARE***

According to her, not only would they not honor their guarantee and their own terms & conditions, but they fumbled up and billed her AGAIN after she already sent product back and requested a cancellation!

Well, this is all from just one source (Amazon). Lets see if we can find anything else before we decide to purchase Cellulean or not.

Ahh, a quick Google search turned up: http://www.bestcellulitecreams.org/cellulean-review.html. According to their research, customers reported seeing NO results after several months of use. As they put it, that’s some expensive body lotion!

More people are complaining about Cellulean charging them without them knowing (could be user-error, could be Cellulean’s error)…
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/sending-bottle-of-cellulean-and-charging-my-credit-card-c126539.html

And others go on to say that Cellulean is a complete hoax! Those are pretty harsh words. Scroll down a little farther, and we see “AngryCustomer” saying that Cellulean uses UNSAFE and INSECURE credit card handling with their transactions! (http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/cellulean-c66654.html)With a statement like that, I would imagine that Patrick Leddy or someone from Cellulean would post denying it or explaining away the situation! Does Cellulean really use unsafe methods for transacting on the Internet? We’re not sure, but we’re not taking any chances. That seals the deal for us. The general consensus is… ACCORDING TO REAL CUSTOMERS..

CELLULEAN DOES NOT WORK

We are not affiliated with Cellulean, and have nothing against them. We based our decision whether to buy Cellulean or not based on previous customer reviews from real Cellulean customers. We will be sure to follow-up with new information as it is made available and/or brought to our attention. We welcome your comments, and certainly welcome the feedback of any Cellulean employees or representatives.
